What to expect

An action plan for success

Commitment

Coaching effectively and successfully requires a good level of commitment from both sides. At the beginning of our relationship, we will make this important agreement, to ensure your success and everything that comes with it.

Essential Areas

During our first session, we will chat and get a feeling of the essential areas to work on, assess the best ways to approach different matters and establish priorities. We will also define the length of our contract. 

Action Plan

I usually suggest a minimum of six sessions (one per week or every two weeks). 

During this first contract, we will have time to understand old patterns and limiting beliefs, define goals, and create an action plan to support the change we are committed to achieving.

Openness and Trust

My aim is to hold space for you to develop in a comfortable environment that is completely neutral. Over six sessions we can cultivate the openness and trust in our partnership that is key to accessing the deeper purpose of your success.
